About me
I began teaching yoga in 2018 after having been a yoga student for 8 years. In the beginning of 2020 I qualified with a Diploma in Yoga Teaching with the British Wheel of Yoga (500+ h) and since then have taken extensive further education, see below. Teaching, studying and experiencing yoga is an ongoing journey and I am immensely grateful for all the people who have influenced me through their teachings, for the long lineage of yogic explorers before me and especially those who faithfully have practiced with me as my students. You are my greatest teachers!

‘And yet it is precisely in this understanding of the inevitability of change that the meaning of yoga enters our life and beckons towards happiness …This is the ancient meaning [of yoga]: ‘To move from one situation to another; to understand what I have not understood; to gain what I lack’.
