
My goal is
To provide careful, friendly, supportive and inclusive sessions which bring a sense of calm and joy to your day.
My classes are themed and vary from week to week. I usually pick themes I am currently interested in and align them also with the seasons and currents we are all affected by.

I begin each time with a few moments of silence and mindful breathing to let you arrive fully in the class. This is followed by gentle dynamic, breath-led movement which prepares you for the peak of the class. At the peak of the class you can expect more staying postures, which are held for a few breaths. However, I offer modifications throughout and my main goal is that you work within your ever changing limits and what is available to you from week to week, physically, energetically and psychologically.
Classes usually end with some slower dynamic movements, a guided relaxation or a guided breathing practice.
My teaching is much influenced by the Krishnamacharya-tradition.
